Mai Tai cocktail by Rumble TV film crew on location in Hawaii
This is by far the most powerful message of WW1 I have ever experienced. I lost my grandfather’s brother, who served in the Royal Navy during this war.
Pathetic.
❤ I love this video. I'm contemplating making my first hat. I've learned a lot just watching this. Making a hat takes time and patience. Thank you so very much!
Now that how to educate our young people .these brave souls should never be forgotten.
That good parents quote why would you want to go and look at graves. For those people who couldn't care less .we would not be here only for those brave souls. They are what you call a hero lest we forget.
The Great War is killing people even today. Unexploded shells are collected by farmers while plowing their fields, and every so often the plow hits one and sets it off. The French military (Les demineurs) collects the unexploded shells for disposal, some of them are gas shells containing mustard, phosgene, and chlorine gas. An unexploded shell can be still as lethal as the day it was made, over 100 years ago. Sometimes as many as 20 or 30 people are killed in any given year.
First thought was this guide was over-the-top gruesome but so was the war. So, on further thought, well done. Every kid should be aware of the horror of war.
An excellent teacher! Some of the terminology he used was wrong, but very inspiring. My one regret? he did not take them to St Symphorien cemetery where the grave of the first british soldier to die in WW1 faces that of the last. That really brings it home
Tragic that those brave young men died for the Britain of today what a waste
P
What can I say. I have tried many peated whiskeys and of them Lagavulin is the most popular but Ardbeg's Uigeadail is my favorite along with the close second Ardbeg 10. And now Kichoman Sanaig enters into my top 3 peated scotch whiskeys. Islay is a special place.
Fantastic
Here's the whole series

I’m looking forward to taking this tour myself, how impressive.
Ardbeg has my heart. First Islay experience for me. I appreciate all of them, but Ardbeg is home to me.
When you put your hat at a slight angle, it gives a touch of sass, swagger. Love the advice! 😘
Love this. Who's in for bringing hats back in to street fashion?
Not nearly enough lime imo
Can you do a hat video for bald ladies? Or women with low haircuts? 🤔
Enjoyed 😉 ❣👌🏾
If these walls could speak, what would they say? Stop fighting these stupid "blanking" wars. Started by prideful, arrogant, rich men, fought by poor young men.
It couldn't have been ten thousand Germans in one go.
There are more than 10k buried there, it's absolutely true.
Back when I had only had 1 or 2 blends, I saw this video and I went out to the store and bought the 10. I was hooked on Scotch ever since.
Bravo Zulu to the guide and the kids.
Fantastic educational film, really brought home the horrors of what the WW1 soldiers endured
Amazing.
It's everything but Mai Tai. The real Mai Tai is made with Jamaican rum, there is no OJ and Pineapple Juice in the Mai Tai, and there is no floater either. This drink is good to fool the tourists. BTW, Orgeat is pronounced "Or-Zsa".
Just remember kids, it’s always a rich man’s war, poor man’s fight. All that death from wealthy cousins bickering with each other.
A complete. Generation of boys. Dead. While. King. George was having. Dinner at. Buckingham palace a waste of. Life. No relatives. Alive all. Forgottten
My mother and grandmother never went out without a hat on. Now all you see in America is dirty sweat suits or jeans
Mr Anderson had me glued to his every word. Super video!
Oh he is the Bomb!!! Spot on with the pillbox hat-then BAM! He brings the Perfect one and his descriptions!!! Oh my!!! He's exciting. So chill. Would love a hat from HIM!!! Wow!!!
Admire the Brits and Scots for the way they remember and honor their veterans. Remember what Captain Miller told Pvt Ryan...Be worthy of their sacrifice. Most Americans don't understand this.
I watched this documentary over and over. Every time I have to wipe the tears from my eyes. What an incredible group of children listening breathlessly to their inspiring tour guide. How they show respect for what happened to their ancestors over 100 years ago. I am sure that, in the end, these leaders of tomorrow will make the world a better place. A deep bow from the Netherlands
These kids are so respectful to the teacher, I don’t think American kids would behave in the manner. 👍
Great video
Well done Mates👏🤩
Thank you for such a wonderful insight to hat making. What a wonderful insight you have given us into your fabulous world of hat making. As a home sewist I wanted to see if it could be possible for me to try and make hats, now and again to go with the outfits I make. Making me realize that you would be the person with the "perfect eye" to know what suits a person's face shape, frame, the outfit they will be wearing and also reflect their personality. What a fabulous range of talents you and your team have. Clearly passionate about your art. Thank you so much.
Did he really say "Don's original mai tai"
This is called a"Marriott Mai-Tai" and while it has it's merits it's nothing like a real Victor Bergeron Mai-Tai. If somebody puts fruit juice in your mai-tai beyond the juice of one lime just say "no".
well said
Don’s original Mai tai doesn’t have pineapple juice.
yeah, thats a total bastardization. why even call it mai tai? Its probably tasty but COMPLETELY different drink.
And Vic Bergeron created the Mai Tai, not Donn Beach.
German troops who fought the Scots nicknamed them "The Ladies From Hell".
Gorgeous
Heck yea!
Absolutely wonderful how well this is presented! Great job, thoroughly explained!
I doubt that the instructors have a grasp of the cultural context of the war. Thats why it is lost on these children.
This so interesting! I love your accents even though they aren’t RP! I think more Americans should wear fashion 🎩 👒 instead of base ball 🧢 and trucker hats.🧢 Hi from Houston, Texas. USA 🇺🇸
